The two-bedroom apartment has two floor levels over approximately 88 m².
The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen and an air-conditioned living / dining room, equipped with a TV set with cable channels and WIFI Internet connection, both subject to an extra charge. The kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, a microwave & conventional oven, a refrigerator & freezer, a washing & drying machine and a dishwasher.

The first floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a queen-size double bed while the second room is fitted with two single beds. Both have a wardrobe. The en-suite bathrooms count a sink, a shower and a separate toilet.
