With a village inspired by sleepy Mediterranean resorts, La Fourchette is like a culinary trip along the Riviera where life is a little farniente, and lunches more leisurely. On a breezy pergola-covered terrace overlooking the village piazza and the lagoon, guests can enjoy a range of Southern-style Mediterranean dishes blessed by the sun’s warmth and freshly prepared by the Chef. La Fourchette features soothing shades of green, grey and white to create an inviting place to enjoy a real alfresco meal. Open daily from 06.30am to 10.30pm.
Exhilarating Japanese show-cuisine
Izumi is a new trendy Japanese restaurant offering authentic teppanyaki and sushi specialities. With clean lines, smooth textures and a Zen-like atmosphere, Izumi features two teppanyaki tables and two private dining rooms, all expertly orchestrated by two Asian teppanyaki master chefs.
The ingenious design of the tables makes it appear as if you are seated on the floor, traditional Japanese style, where in fact your legs are comfortably tucked under the table.
In addition to teppanyaki there is also a superb sushi bar offering fresh sushi, maki and sashimi.
Guests can choose to dine on the terrace with breathtaking views of the local scenery.
Open from Monday to Saturday from 11.00am to 3.00pm and from 7.00pm to 10.30pm, with lunch and dinner set menus as well as a la carte specialities.
Healthy refreshment
Next to the pool, overlooking lush vegetation and dreamy views of the Lagoon, the Aqua Bar provides healthy refreshment while you work up a tan or swim a few laps. Cool your burning thirst with freshly blended smoothies, iced teas, fresh fruit juices and light snacks.
