The one bedroom apartment has two floors over approximately 40 m². The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen and an air-conditioned living / dining room, equipped with a TV set with cable channels and WIFI Internet connection, both subject to an extra charge. The kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, a microwave & conventional oven, a refrigerator & freezer, a washing & drying machine and a dishwasher.

The first floor consists of an air-conditioned bedroom fitted with a queen-size double bed and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom counts a sink, a shower and a separate toilet.
